Update: v3.1.3

The last update, v3.1.2, attempted to fix the generator bug; However, it turns out that it didn't completely eliminate it. This version fully fixed that bug, but didn't change anything else, so we only gave it a .1 increase. Hopefully those of you who were running into issues with this bug have them solved now.
